About the presenter
Katie McCaffery has been working in Higher Ed technology for over ten years. After spending six years at Syracuse University, she joined the System Administration team at Le Moyne College in 2013 and was given management of the VMware View environment. Katie is now the Enterprise System Administrator at Le Moyne, with primary responsibility for the enterprise systems, storage, infrastructure, and virtual environment for desktops and servers, as well as continuing to support end-users, whether they be students, faculty, staff, or alumni.
